The lucky Bradenton resident made a trip to the Florida Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee to claim the prize.

Opting for a one-time lump sum payment, the 69-year-old winner received $605,016.40. The winner has chosen not to disclose any future plans for the unexpected financial gain.

The retailer responsible for selling the winning ticket will also benefit, receiving a $2,000 bonus commission.
