Playson Boosts EU Presence With Novibet Partnership
The European online betting market continues to grow even in the midst of the pandemic as gaming developers and operators continue to expand their presence in the continent. Gaming developer Playson is one of those players that is expanding into the EU market with its recent partnership with Novibet.
Novibet has an established presence in the EU market and will now carry Playsonโs games and make them available to their EU players.
Playson and Novibet Partnership
The deal will allow Novibet to offer all of the popular games from Playson which include Diamond Wins: Hold and Win, Pearl Beauty: Hold and Win and the recent Solar King slot. Novibet will also get access to Playsonโs suite of engagement solutions, which was also part of the deal. These solutions will enable Playson to attract more players and keep them engaged.
Novibet is a sports betting operator but also offers online casino games. Founded in 2010, the Novibet has established itself as a strong player in the EU market with operations in the UK, Greece and other parts of the EU.
The new partnership was welcomed by Blanka Homor who is the Sales Director at Playson. Homor said partnering with Novibet opened the door for Playson to gain a strong foothold in the European market and strengthen its commercial ties. She said she was confident that EU players would enjoy the great selection of games from Playson and that the sports betting operator would benefit from its suite of innovative marketing tools.
Novibetโs Chief Development Officer Nick Bachas said the operator was always on the looking to strengthen their existing gaming portfolio and offer their EU players more variety. The partnership with Playson will allow them to do this and further benefit from the suite of marketing and engagement tools that will help with player retention.
Novibet has announced that the first two EU markets that will carry games from Playson will be the UK and Greece.
Playson Continuing EU Expansion
Playson is paying special attention to the EU market as the developer has entered a number of partnerships in recent months that have boosted its EU market share. Playtech signed a partnership agreement with top Italian gambling operator Snaitech in August to expand into Italy. In September, Playson confirmed that it has signed a partnership with The Mill Adventure and would later go on to sign a partnership with Alea in the same month. Alea is the operator of the first virtual reality casino that offers real money games Slots Million.
