Insights and Improvements
Last year marked our inaugural experience at FIL, providing us with valuable insights. We diligently gathered feedback from attendees and made improvements on various fronts, from venue conditions to transportation logistics, collaborating closely with Lisbon officials to enhance the overall experience. As we expand, paying attention to every operational detail becomes increasingly critical.

Key Features of the Event

- Introduction of the Operator Academy offering exclusive training sessions by top industry experts.
- Strongest speaker line-up in history, featuring keynote speaker Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO of VaynerMedia.
‘We had initially planned for SBC Summit Rio in Brazil, but due to scheduling conflicts, we had to relocate to Lisbon. We’re thrilled that our audience will still have the opportunity to engage with the SBC community, which was eagerly anticipating his presence. Additionally, one of the world’s top 10 DJs will be part of this event, and we’ll be revealing his name soon,’
Paul Mills, SBC Event Director
‘Highlighting everything that contributes to this event is impossible, so I’ll just mention this: this year, we’re crafting an event that’s not just larger, but also smarter. Once again, we’re expanding the event, and that growth is a testament to the success it achieved last year,’
